On a decisive day at the Giro d'Italia, the main GC favourites are almost all now on course. The time set by Brandon McNulty however could prove tough to beat.
Just moments after his UAE Team Emirates teammate Jay Vine had set the fastest time, McNulty powered past in an even quicker time. Clocking an effort 46 seconds quicker than Vine, McNulty moved into the hotseat, potentially in prime position for his second stage win of the 2023 Giro d'Italia. Will another of his teammates, Joao Almeida go even quicker?
