On the eve of the 2023 Renewi Tour, Lotto Dstny have revealed the news that a late change has been required for their team with Belgian, Victor Campenaerts ruled out.
The 31-year-old lit up the Tour de France earlier this year, winning the most combative rider award for his repeated breakaway efforts. "Unfortunately, Victor Campenaerts will not take the start due to illness," announces the official X (Twitter) account of Lotto Dstny, also revealing who has been called up in Campenaerts absence. "He will be replaced by Liam Slock."
