Sitting second in the general classification, only behind his teammate and supposed co-leader,
Adam Yates, the first three stages of the
Tour de France could hardly have gone better for
Tadej Pogacar and UAE Team Emirates.
"So far so good. We have two easier days from the GC perspective, as I hope tomorrow’s stage is like today’s, and then we will hit the Pyrenees," he continues. "The
Tour de France is long but we will be better off if we can get a few seconds here and there. So yeah, we will see later on if I have the legs [to win the Tour de France] or not."
