From June 12th to 16th, the peloton will tackle the Tour of Slovenia. This race has gained popularity in recent years due to the emergence of new stars from the country. For some riders, it also serves as a crucial preparation event leading up to the Tour de France. Let's take a closer look at stage 1.

The first stage of the race takes place from Muirska Sobota to Ormoz and is the longest day of the race. It is not the hardest day of the race, however the finale should be fit for a bunch sprint to take place.
