PREVIEW | Tour de France Femmes 2024 stage 4 - Mini Liège-Bastogne-Liège a big challenge for Demi Vollering

From the 12th to 18th August the Tour de France Femmes 2024 will be on the road. After it's return, it has quickly become one of women's cycling most important and attractive events, and the 2024 edition promises to deliver with a route that is packed with surprises. We preview stage 4.
Stage 4 will be the race's own Ardennes classic. This will be a very special one, the start of the stage is in the Valkenburg area where Amstel Gold Race takes place. Here four of the race's most famous climbs will be ridden right from the start. Then, after crossing the border to Belgium, the riders tackle the final ascents of Liège-Bastogne-Liège. La Redoute, Forges and Roche-aux-Faucons will provide terrain to create differences on the road before the mountains.

- I agree that Ayuso was wrong in doing what he did at the tour, but we don't know everything behind the feud unless they all say honestly what went wrong. If he us such a rat and traitor, which it's a bit harsh, then what is to be said about Soler when he was with Movistar and didn't want to ride for Mas? - Quite a surprise, he's been a model Pro and as a nasty Brit I'm rather proud of what he's achieved. I sat watching, absolutely gutted for him on the Finnestre in 2018 but for many of us what he did this year was unexpected but brilliant (despite rooting for Isaac).
