Nairo Quintana won't be at the start of Itzulia Basque Country after two falls at Volta a Catalunya

After his long-awaited return to the professional peloton, Nairo Quintana doesn't seem to have had much luck, as he went down two times at recent Volta a Catalunya. While the Colombian didn't sustain any serious injuries, consequences of the falls will not allow him to start at the upcoming Itzulia Basque Country.

"Nairo will continue with his recovery process after the two falls suffered in the Volta a Catalunya and, finally, will not be present at Itzulia," reads the brief social media post.
