Mikel Landa has decided on his main goals for the 2024 season. The Basque climber will start his season in Portugal, support
Remco Evenepoel at the
Tour de France, and hunt his own results at the
Vuelta a Espana.
“We have already broadly mapped out my program. I will support Remco Evenepoel in the Tour de France and then I hope to be able to compete in the Vuelta a España," Mikel Landa shared with Ciclo 21. After the team's training camp in eastern Spain, the decision was taken for Evenepoel to fully focus on the Tour de France as his sole Grand Tour of the season. It was a logical step, and the Belgian will have the support of Mikel Landa who was
Soudal - Quick-Step's brightest signing of the winter.
