Intermarché–Wanty–Gobert rider Louis Meintjes concluded the Vuelta a Espana with one stage victory and 11th in the general classification.
“I’m proud that I tried everything until the last moment to finish in the top ten of the general classification of this Vuelta,” said Meintjes.
