Fatigue removes another race from Tadej Pogacar's post-Tour schedule

Tadej Pogacar has reported a lot of fatigue now at the end of the Tour de France, and ahead of the World Championships, he's removing races from his calendar. After the Aalst Tour de France criterium, the Slovenian will also not take part in the European Climbing Championships.
The new event will be taking place in the iconic Passo del San Gottardo. It is not a UCI race, but is an interesting new project in the making, not part of the official European Championships, but providing an opportunity for riders to test and put on display their climbing abilities. Pogacar is likely to be trying to rest as much as possible ahead of the Glasgow World Championships where he'll be among the favourites.
