Extreme weather temporarily halts opening time-trial at the Giro d'Italia Donne

Due to extreme weather conditions, the opening prologue of the 2023 Giro d'Italia Donne has been temporarily halted.

The rain on the course has been nothing short of torrential with the few women who have taken to the course have been absolutely soaked through. Numerous riders have hit the deck including Chloe Dygert and Mavi Garcia.
