Movistar Team have announced their lineup for the
Tour de France where they will be supporting
Enric Mas' GC aspirations. The Spanish team doesn't have a particularly strong team as they're having resources focused on the other Grand Tours, but are hopeful of a strong result.
Mas finished the Tour in fifth place two years ago and sixth last year - besides fifth and second at the Vuelta a España - and will be looking to improve on that this year. Although he's put on some strong climbing performances this year, crashes have hindered him, most recently at the Critérium du Dauphiné where he had to abandon the race. In his absence,
Carlos Verona rode to a stage win and
Matteo Jorgenson rode to 13th, now both will be playing a crucial supporting role for the Spaniard.
