The final mountain stage of the
Tour de l'Avenir saw more mountainous action as the riders tackled the Col de l'Iseran, but in the fight for the yellow jersey
Cian Uijtdebroeks managed to control the competition whilst
Lorenzo Milesi took the stage win.
Milesi was the strongest of a group of six that went up the road, leaving the GC group to fight for minor places. In the final ascent to Villaroger Milesi went clear and took a strong stage win, beating Alex Segaert and
Ewen Costiou.
