Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig enters 2024 with ambitions to return to the top: "It's getting harder and harder to win it because of Kopecky and SD Worx"

Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig has already picked up a victory for her French team FDJ-Suez this year when she won the second stage of the Tour Down Under at the beginning of January. However the Dane has several bigger goals, and she unveils her ambitions for the 2024 season on recent press conference.

"I'm just so excited for this season. I think it's going to be a really cool season, also with the Olympics. A special season. I'm especially looking forward to the Ardennes, the Olympics and the Tour de France," are the 28-year-old Dane's words as quoted by Feltet.dk.

"Flanders is always... it's a race for my heart. I really love Flanders. It's getting harder and harder to win it because Kopecky is there and SD Worx are pretty strong. I will try, but yes, the Ardennes are ranked quite high.”

"After that, I have to reduce the amount of training a little and take a break afterwards. Then increase it again towards the Tour and the Olympics," she concludes.
