Casper Pedersen and Ramon Sinkeldam targets of Quick-Step eyeing second leadout

Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team is on the hunt in the market for the coming season, and they are said to be looking for two leadout men in Casper Pedersen and Ramon Sinkeldam.

With Florian Sénéchal and Michael Morkov under contract for 2023, Fabio Jakobsen will keep having the support of his main leadout men. The Dutchman's future is secure in terms of structure, however with Tim Merlier coming in the Belgian team is looking to build a second block specific for the current rider of Alpecin-Deceuninck.

Velonews' Daniel Benson has reported that the team has two riders under eye, with Casper Pedersen being the team's main goal, said to have a long-term contract on the table. Although relatively absent, the Dane has served an important role for Cees Bol in the last few years.

Groupama - FDJ's Ramon Sinkeldam is the other, an important piece of Arnaud Démare's leadout it will not be easy to make the transfer happen, however it is possible to see the Dutchman move teams in 2023, possibly to what will be termed Soudal - QuickStep.
