If you are an athlete you have to do what it takes and get everything right. It's not easy of course. Power to weight ratios are a factor in a huge amount of sports but in the case of cycling there are no scales to even the field unlike boxing for example. I'm sure Demi is well aware of all these factors but ultimately she will know her body better than most people. The term "fighting weight" can cause much debate in martial arts. I often hear fighters saying they are more comfortable at certain weight categories than they were previously competing in.

How many comments are off the subject here? Is it possible to say "Lance" and not discuss his doping. On no I've indirectly become one of you!!!! While I'm on the subject is naming a newborn boy "Lance" gone the same way as "Adolf"?

😆 you cycling nerds are funny. Froome is a living legend. I loved his autobiography. It's a miracle he became pro never mind winning so much at his peak. Now he is like Axl Rose. 💩 Sylvan Adams must be a fan boy. He's like the rose tinted punters that pay extortionate prices for Guns n roses tickets only to feel shafted when they get there!!!
