Wout van Aert headlines Belgians at Zonhoven World Cup, Sweeck and Vanthourenhout battle for World Cup lead

Belgian Cycling has announced the names of riders for the UCI World Cup Zonhoven. Wout van Aert will lead the team in the 12th round of the World Cup, whilst his compatriots Laurens Sweeck and Michael Vanthourenhout will fight for the cup lead.
Wout van Aert is in great shape, He secured three consecutive victories against his rival Mathieu van der Poel over the busy Christmas period. In the eight cross races he participated in, he won five and earned silver in the rest. European champion Michael Vanthourenhout will also be competing alongside van Aert. Other notable riders include Eli Iserbyt, Quinten Hermans, and Laurens Sweeck.
