Baloise Trek Lions rider Shirin van Anrooij emerged victorious in the Exact Cross Loenhout. She took the lead at the start and maintained it to celebrate her fourth victory of the season.
Shirin van Anrooij had the best start. In the first lap, Kristna Zemanová and Marie Schreiber tried to catch the Dutchwoman, but she had already established a 10-second gap.
Schreiber and Zemanová were giving their best in the fight for the second position. Schreiber managed to drop Zemanová and get a lead of 6 seconds. However, she was still 10 seconds behind van Anrooij. Yara Kastelijn was not in her best form today and gave up after a crash.
Shirin van Anrooij crossed the finish line without much competition and celebrated her fourth victory of the season. Marie Schreiber finished almost a minute behind her and secured silver. Manon Bakker finished third.
