"Urska's HAB" - Tadej Pogacar roadside at Tour de France Femmes in comedy skit about partner Urska Zigart

Tadej Pogacar might well be the biggest star in world cycling after winning five Tour de France titles, but at the Tour de France Femmes, he describes himself as Urska's fiancée.
The UAE Team Emirates - XRG rider is in a long-term relationship with the AG Insurance - Soudal rider, who competed at the Tour de France Femmes, recovering from a broken jaw sustained in June's Tour de Suisse to compete in the Grand Tour.
Appearing roadside during the final stage in Nice, just a few kilometers outside of their Monaco residence, Pogacar was in 'disguise' as he supported his partner. Donning a t-shirt that read 'Urksa's HAB', poking fun at previous labelling of the Women's World Tour rider being labelled 'Pogacar's girlfriend'.
Turning the tables as Urska's boyfriend this time around, a Sporza comedy interview saw Pogacar enjoying the roadside fun at the race and addressing just what it's like to be 'Urska's HAB'.
The 'HAB' acronym appears to stand for “Husbands and Boyfriends”, flipping the script on the term "Wives and Girlfriends" used by some media outlets to describe the female partners of sports stars.
In the video, Sporza's presenter Linde Merckpoel approached Pogacar and pretended not to recognise him, asking him who he was supporting at the race as he confirmed it was Zigart.

“Because she’s my fiancée,” he gave his reason. “I’m very lucky. I consider myself a lucky guy.”
He added: “Sometimes she drops me and I have to let her go."
The playful jokes continued as Pogacar claimed that it's difficult being known as "Urksa's boyfriend" but maintained that he tries to support her.
“Sometimes it can be difficult,” Pogacar joked. “I try to support as much as I can."

Pogacar to ramp up Vuelta preparations
Pogacar was also spotted on Mont Ventoux last Friday for the stage 7 summit finish. Instead of in disguise, Pogacar was in front of the TV cameras this time around as he was seen running alongside his fiancée, offering his support on the legendary climb.
As the dust settles on the Tour de France Femmes, Pogacar is sure to be ramping up his training for the Vuelta a Espana after it was confirmed that the Slovenian will return to the race for the first time since 2019.

That time around, he was making his Grand Tour debut as he took three stage wins and a third place overall in a pre-cursor to his soon-to-follow dominance of the Tour de France and almost every race he started in.
A win at La Vuelta will make him a triple crown Grand Tour winner and tee him up for a run at winning at a third World Championships win in a row in late September.

- if he Primoz wants to keep racing he should go to some of the smaller races where his talent is still enough. He isn't going to win another GT, and even winning another one of the one week stage races is only going to happen against a weak fieldmobk11-08-2026
- The talent in the Hommes race this year was off the chart, sure. And there were some amazing stages. But there were some seriously boring stages and the GC race was over so early. The Femmes had two kind of dull stages and the rest was pretty goodmobk11-08-2026
- Very humble and charming cameo. I love that he is focused on living his life joyfully, on his own terms, rather than leaning into legend. Plenty of people have been twisted by stardom.
