UCI Rankings Rider Update | Tadej Pogacar remains at the top but Mads Pedersen's Giro sees him overtake Mathieu van der Poel

The past week has not presented many changes in the UCI Rankings, as many of the riders begin their Giro d'Italia but outside of it there hasn't been much racing and the standings have not changed too much. Hence, Tadej Pogacar can calmly relax at the top of the standings.

The 2025 rankings have changed slightly towards the top as Mads Pedersen continues to score points at the Giro d'Italia with two stage wins in the first three stages, and has overtaken Mathieu van der Poel into second place. Wout van Aert has also overtaken Filippo Ganna to leap into 5th place after his second place in the opening stage.

In the year-long rankings there have been no changes until the 24th position, as Arnaud De Lie has lost a lot of points scored by this time last year. Emilien Jeannière, Kévin Vauquelin and Hugo Hofstetter have taken advantage of the French classics to gain positions within the Top100.
