The UCI Rankings have provided a few changes this week with the end of the Tour de Romandie and Eschborn-Frankfurt, and we have seen UAE Team Emirates - XRG have a second rider at the top of the rankings as João Almeida won the overall classification of the Swiss race.
You can check the previous update. Almeida won a whole 610 points this week and that saw him soar up to fourth, now only behind Pogacar who obviously stands out above the rest, and the cobbled classics' two other headliners Mathieu van der Poel and Mads Pedersen. Almeida now leads the 'best of the rest' in front of Filippo Ganna, Wout van Aert, Tom Pidcock, Juan Ayuso, Michael Matthews and Lenny Martínez. Matthews won 300 points with his Eschborn-Frankfurt triumph whilst Lenny Martínez also won 358 points to enter 2025's Top10 as the fourth best climber.

Almeida climbed from 12th to 6th in the rankings with his Romandie performance, whilst Enric Mas lost his place in the Top10. Tadej Pogacar, Remco Evenepoel and Primoz Roglic continue to occupy the Top10. Jay Vine, Lenny Martínez and Alex Baudin had the biggest climbs of the week in terms of positions in the Top100.
