The new UCI points update reveals minor changes in the bottom of the standings, with only a few races this week providing the opportunity for major points to be gained.

This comes as an almost complete confirmation that both teams will relegate, as none are showing signs of being able to close the gap, and with only Il Lombardia and a few one-day races left, it is virtually impossible to bring in the necessary points even with a strong campaign. Arkéa Samsic and Alpecin-Deceuninck are prepared for a promotion into World Tour.
