20-year-old German, Moritz Kärsten has departed Team Dsm-Firmenich's developmental side for pastures new with continental team, P&S Benotti.
Kärsten has pent two seasons in the developmental system of Team DSM-Firemenich but despite showing signs of his promise, most notable at the Circuit des Ardennes, where he came close to a stage win, the German has not done enough to secure himself a contract with the senior team.
Both he and the P&S Benotti team will now be hoping a few good performances in 2024 will be kickstart the German's career once again.

A strong transfer for the team that will get a new leader for hilly races and small stage races.
Kärsten has a decent TT and likes to attack to be in breaks. He can handle hills and in his 3rd U23 season needs some UCI results.
