Start Times & Order Tour de Pologne 2026 Stage 7 TT - Christian Scaroni last off with Visma sharks Barre and Lemmen breathing down his neck

Christian Scaroni will be the final rider down the start ramp in Sunday's decisive individual time trial at the 2026 Tour de Pologne, with the XDS Astana Team leader facing an immediate threat from two Team Visma | Lease a Bike riders starting directly before him.
Scaroni took over the yellow jersey following a dramatic Stage 6 around Bukowina Tatrzanska, but his advantage could hardly be smaller ahead of the final 12.5 kilometres of the race.
Louis Barre, Saturday's stage winner, sits just three seconds behind and starts at 16:12 CET, while former race leader Bart Lemmen is only five seconds down and rolls out two minutes earlier at 16:10. Scaroni will then begin his attempt to defend yellow at 16:14.
Marco Brenner remains firmly in contention as well. The Tudor Pro Cycling Team rider is just 11 seconds from the race lead and starts at 16:08, meaning the final four riders on the road are also the top four threats to the overall victory.
GC battle saved for final minutes
Jan Christen is another name to watch closely. The Stage 5 winner starts at 16:06, 23 seconds behind Scaroni, and will need a strong ride if UAE Team Emirates – XRG are to turn their stage success earlier in the week into a late challenge for the overall podium.
Further down the order, several accomplished time triallists could threaten the stage victory regardless of their GC positions. Magnus Sheffield starts at 15:21, Stefan Kung at 15:34, while Ivan Romeo and Matteo Sobrero are among the later starters at 15:56 and 15:58 respectively. Alec Segaert, another rider capable against the clock, begins his effort considerably earlier at 15:00.
The stage takes place over 12.5 kilometres around Wieliczka, beginning and ending close to the Wieliczka Salt Mine. The opening section rises for roughly the first 1.5 kilometres before the course becomes considerably faster, leaving little margin for pacing errors on such a short test.
There is therefore unlikely to be any long wait to discover the identity of the 2026 Tour de Pologne winner. The first rider, Gerben Thijssen, starts at 13:56 CET, but the battle for yellow will be packed into the closing minutes as Brenner, Lemmen, Barre and finally Scaroni head onto the course at two-minute intervals.
