Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe have revealed a striking new kit
that they will debut at the 2025
Tour de France, which begins on Saturday. The
design pays tribute to the Tricolore and the iconic jerseys of the World Cup, a
clear celebration of cycling’s biggest race and the nation itself.
In a press release, the team explained the concept behind
the limited-edition look.
“The limited collection of Specialized Race apparel is a
tribute to the country, the fans, and the legendary roads that make the Tour de
France the ultimate race in cycling. The blue, white and red stripes echo the
French flag, capturing the race’s speed and spirit, while the gradient design
is inspired by France’s diverse landscapes – from the cobbled streets of the
north to the Alps and the vibrant finish in Paris.”
This marks 12 months since BORA – hansgrohe formally joined
forces with Red Bull at the 2024 Tour de France. That edition proved disastrous
for the team, with
Primoz Roglic crashing out and ending their GC hopes.

This time around, they’ll be aiming for a much stronger
showing. Roglic returns as team leader, having only recently recovered from his
crash at the Giro d’Italia in May. He’ll be supported by Florian Lipowitz,
fresh off a third-place overall at the Critérium du Dauphiné, and by in-form
sprinter Jordi Meeus.
