Profile. After it's long running success, the cobbles of northern France have seen the creation of a new and instantly successful race, Paris-Roubaix Femmes! The women's peloton take on the hellish cobblestones on the 8th of April.
The most brutal of all cobbled classics, and the women's peloton will take on a smaller version of the historic Paris-Roubaix. However, it is nevertheless a very tough race, with over 29 kilometers of cobbled roads on the menu and spread throughout 18 different sectors including Mons-en-Pévèle and Carrefour de l'Arbre. The 146-kilometer long is a brutal test for the peloton and no matter who takes it, it will be a hard-earned triumph.
