Preview. On the 26th and 27th of July takes place the
Vuelta a Castilla y Leon, a race which serves as the final warm-up for the Clásica San Sebastián and is one of the many Spanish races that take place in the run-up to the Vuelta a Espana.
Stage 1 takes place from Garray to Soria. It's not a long stage, but one that features plenty climbing from start to finish. Two longer ascents early in the day, but the second half features more explosive terrain. Close to the finish the riders find a ramp of 900 meters at 8% and then a drag to the line.
