The cycling world was rocked earlier today by the news of Gino Mäder's tragic passing after his crash on stage 5 of the Tour de Suisse. With stage 6 being understandably neutralised, the peloton rode in tribute of Mäder.
In a poignant image, the Bahrain - Victorious riders and team cars rode ahead of an emotional peloton as the supporters that had flocked to the roadside clapped in tribute and held up messages of love.
