Throughout the 2025 Tirreno-Adriatico, there will be many riders to withdraw from the race, for several different reasons. We make a list of all riders who leave the race, as well as list out a few of the main crashes that take place during the race.

Stage 1

No-one crashed during the time-trial, however two riders did not start the race: Louis Barré and James Shaw - the latter due to illness.

Stage 2

David Gaudu, Tom Paquot and Michael Valgren all abandoned on the stage, the former being forced out in a crash that also the likes of Valentin Madouas, Jan Maas, Kamiel Bonnou and Pepijn Reinderink hit the deck.

There was another crash inside the final 12km. This one saw Dylan Groenewegen, Xabier Mikel Azparren and the aforementioned Michael Valgren left on the tarmac.

Stage 3

Four riders did not start the stage: Alberto Bettiol, Anton Palzer, Xabier Mikel Azparren and Robbe Ghys. During the stage Israel - Premier Tech duo Pascal Ackermann and Hugo Houle also left the race.

Houle and Johannes Staune-Mittet were among those who crashed earlier before the main incident of the day which involved at the very least Jonathan Milan, Simone Consonni and Gianluca Brambilla among others others. In a wet corner due to the rain the riders went down near the front of the peloton causing some chaos.

Stage 4

Despite the very bad weather conditions on the day, the peloton managed to escape the day rather unscathed. Jonas Rutsch did fall whilst on the day's breakaway, but in the peloton this wasn't seen. Lorenzo Comforti of Bardiani did not finish the stage.

Stage 5

During this stage, nine riders started and failed to finish on the day: Johan Price-Pejtersen, Rui Costa, Simone Consonni, Wout Poels, Afonso Eulálio, Michal Kwiatkowski, Alessandro Verre, Gianluca Brambilla and Eddie Dunbar. Florian Stork did not abandon but was also involved in a crash. All these withdrawals are the cause of bad weather conditions which lead to illnesses, and the effects of previous crashes in the race as well.

Stage 6

Bram Welten did not start today's stage whilst Vito Braet and Pelayo Sanchez did not finish it. Benjamin Thomas had an unusual tumble whilst in the breakaway, as he tried to give a bidon to a fan.
