Jumbo-Visma took a narrow victory on the team time-trial opening stage of La Vuelta Femenina by just a single second ahead of Canyon//SRAM Racing.
The first to cross the finish line for Jumbo-Visma and therefore the first leader of the race is the British rider Anna Henderson.
Trek-Segafredo was third, 9 seconds behind, Annemiek van Vleuten's Movistar Team fourth, 12 seconds behind, and Demi Vollering's Team SD Worx fifth, 15 seconds behind.
Ane Sabtesteban's Team Jayco-Alula finished eighth, 31 seconds behind Jumbo and Mavi García's Liv Racing Teqfind tenth, 42 seconds behind.
