Juan Ayuso has achieved an impressive victory in the
Tour de Suisse, thanks to a beastly attack at the end of the decisive climb of a day that had more than 5,000 metres of elevation gain. The greatest damage, however, was done by descending at world star level.
In fact, the young
UAE Team Emirates rider has even reached 100 km/h showing a brutal skill. The Valencian seems to have everything a great cyclist needs to win: he climbs like an angel, sprints, descends and does not time trial badly at all. At a time when Spanish cycling is not shining for its triumphs, Juan Ayuso is exciting, and very much so.
