2026 Giro d’Italia classifications will evolve day by day over three weeks of racing, from the Grande Partenza in Bulgaria to the final stage in Rome, between 8 May and 31 May. Every summit finish, sprint stage, breakaway, and time trial has the potential to reshape the fight for the Maglia Rosa and the Giro’s other jerseys.

General Classification Standings after Stage 18
Stage 18 threatened to shake-up the general classification with a hectic finale, but little has changed, with Jonas Vingegaard still 4:03 clear of Felix Gall and 4:27 ahead of Thymen Arensman.
The rest of the general classification finished mostly untouched, with the only change inside the top 25 being that Giulio Ciccone falls back three places to 24th and Aleksandr Vlasov and Wout Poels moving one and two places up, respectively.

Points Classification Standings after Stage 18
Stage 18 saw
Paul Magnier regain the points classification lead. Jhonatan Narvaez moved into the ciclamino jersey on stage 17 and despite attempting to gain points in the final sprint, Magnier's victory sees him climb to 195 points.
Narváez stays second with 158 points, while Jonathan Milan has climbed to third in the standings with 103 points. Guillermo Thomas Silva also climbs up to fourth with 82 points.

King of the Mountains Standings after Stage 18
Stage 18 promised some small opportunities for those chasing points in the King of the Mountains category but there were no changes in the classification. Jonas Vingegaard still commands the blue jersey - even taking three points on the day's final categorised climb.
Giulio Ciccone remains in second with 133 points - wearing the jersey with Vingegaard staying in pink - and Felix Gall is third at 96.

Youth Classification Standings after Stage 18
Afonso Eulálio has retained his place as leader of the youth classification after stage 18. He leads Davide Piganzoli by 2:17 and a further 4:23 to Mathys Rondel in third place.
There were no changes in the top ten of the standings.
