Final Tour of Turkey stage times neutralized - Frank van den Broek wins overall classification

The final day of the Tour of Turkey takes the riders to Istambul finally, but the stage will be shorter than expected. Heavy rains and bad weather forecast led the organizers to decide to neutralize the GC times on the day, which confirms Team DSM-Firmenich's Frank van den Broek as the overall classification winner.
