Eschborn-Frankfurt | Nacer Bouhanni - the best chance for Team Arkéa Samsic

Team Arkéa Samsic are missing a clear leader for upcoming Eschborn-Frankfurt. One name that stands out is the one of Nacer Bouhanni, but is he prepared to take on the likes of Jasper Philipsen or Sam Bennett?

30-year old's 2022 season was abruprtly terminated after a naughty collision with spectator in stage two of Presidential Cycling Tour of Türkiye. His highly anticipated return to competition in January was relatively silent, although Milano-Torino's 6th spot in bunch sprint is a promise for better days to come.

French team will have multiple options for a final sprint besides Bouhanni. Jenthe Biermans is having great season that includes win at hilly Muscat Classic meanwhile Hugo Hofstetter was Arkéa's key rider in last year's hunt for UCI points and is well suited to this race. Matis Louvel would also be an interesting outsider, whilst the team is completed by Laurent Pichon, Alan Riou and Clément Russo.
