Enric Mas and Alex Aranburu lead Movistar at Liège-Bastogne-Liège, van Vleuten and Lippert aim for win at women's race

The last classic of the cycling spring, the Liège-Bastogne-Liège, arrives and Movistar Team presents a great team in which perhaps only Iván García Cortina is missing for quality. Enric Mas, after his modest performance in the Flèche Wallonne, hopes to finish the week with a good feeling.

He will share the role of leader of the team with the Portuguese climber Ruben Guerreiro and with Alex Araburu who came close to the top 10 in Flèche and who undoubtedly arrives in shape to a race like Liège that is better suited to his characteristics and in which he could be one of the riders who try to surprise Pogacar, Evenepoel and company.

In the women's team, with Annemiek van Vleuten still not feeling her best, Liane Lippert looks the strongest to try to stop the absolute domination of SD Worx of Demni Vollering and Lotte Kopecky. Floortje Mackaij and Arlenis Sierra could also be ahead at the end.
