For many recognisable faces, one of the next steps on their 2024 road programme will be the UAE Tour. We now know the 20 teams that will compete at the 2.UWT race.
Taking place between the 19th and the 25th of February, most of the big name teams you are used to seeing in European racing will make the trip to the United Arab Emirates including Team Visma | Lease a Bike, UAE Team Emirates, INEOS Grenadiers, Alpecin-Deceuninck, BORA - hansgrohe, Soudal - Quick-Step, Lidl-Trek and Team Jayco AlUla.
Last year, the overall of the race was taken by Remco Evenepoel, ahead of Luke Plapp and Adam Yates. The Belgian superstar, won't be returning to defend his title this time around, instead opting to begin his 2024 campaign in Portugal.
