Cian Uijtdebroeks registered by UCI as BORA - hansgrohe rider but expected to attend Team Visma | Lease a Bike press launch

The complicated issue of Cian Uijtdebroeks future seems be showing no signs of unravelling just yet.

Although it is reported by Daniel Benson that the Belgian is expected to be present at the Team Visma | Lease a Bike's press launch on Thursday, on Wednesday evening the prodigious talent was registered with the UCI as a rider of BORA - hansgrohe.

"Cian Uijtdebroeks will attend the Jumbo-Visma press launch for 2024 later today. Talks over his future between Bora and Jumbo took place this week. I can't imagine they'd have him at a public event if a deal hadn't been reached..." reports the highly respected and usually well-informed Benson.

However, is a deal has been reached by the three parties of Uijtdebroeks, Team Visma | Lease a Bike and BORA - hansgrohe, it would seem as if no one has alerted the UCI as of yet.
