INEOS Grenadiers have taken a title at the Spanish national championships as Carlos Rodríguez stormed to the win in Mallorca, the second win of his career after he's taken in the past month of April an equally prestigious triumph at the Itzulia Basque Country.
The 21-year old had shown great form last week at La Route d'Occitanie and today has capitalized on it by going solo in the finale of the 186-kilometer race and will be taking on the Spanish stripes from his teammate Omar Fraile. Jesús Herrada and Alex Aranburu completed the podium.

However, I think the new name is a bit of a mouthful, but abbreviations are out of the question. If you wanted to keep it as close as possible to the original it'd be Critérium du Auvegne-Rhône-Alpes (I'm not sure if that's correct)... which is even more of a mouthful. Taking into account Lipowitz's performances and Roglič's tendency to crash out, it's not an option to sacrifice Lipowitz should Roglič be in trouble. Lipowitz beat Evenepoel by a significant margin in the Critérium du Dauphiné - I think he can fight for the podium.
