Antonio Tiberi killed a cat in the summer of 2022 in San Marino by shooting it from a window. The Italian cyclist was then sentenced by the court to pay a fine and he has not raced since for his team, Trek - Segafredo.
It seemed that Tiberi was going to end his contract and transfer teams at the conclusion of this season. However, according to what Gazzetta dello Sport has published, his departure would take place in the middle of the season, so in the coming weeks we could see him wear another jersey.

Tiberi, 21 years old (he will turn 22 in June) is one of the Italians with the seemingly brightest future at the World Tour level.
