Soudal - Quick-Step have officially unveiled their new racing kit for the 2026 season, a design that represents a clear evolution of the team’s historic identity and reinforces a strong focus on visibility on the road.
The Belgian squad retains its trademark blue as the base colour, but introduces a striking electric-lime element that delivers an obvious visual step forward. This choice is directly inspired by the Shine for Safety initiative launched during this season’s Ardennes Classics and reflects the team’s determination to improve rider safety both in races and during training.
Safety is a central pillar of Soudal - Quick-Step’s philosophy and influences many aspects of the team’s day to day operations, from rider education to equipment selection. The addition of the electric-lime tone is intended to increase road visibility and help riders be detected more quickly by other road users, without compromising the prominent display of sponsors.
In this context, Safety Jogger takes on a more visible role in the new kit, with its logo also placed on the rear of the shorts, directly beneath those of Soudal and Quick-Step, all aligned in their shared commitment to safety. The design has been developed in close collaboration with Castelli, whose specialists worked to strike a balance between identity, performance and functionality. Alongside the race jersey, the Italian brand has created a complete range of garments for all conditions, from cold weather layers to lightweight summer clothing, ensuring a coherent and highly visible look throughout the entire season.
On the back of the jersey, the iconic wolf head logo returns, accompanied by a gold star marking a historic milestone achieved this year: Soudal Quick-Step became the first team to reach 1,000 UCI victories.

Reactions to the new kit

One of the team’s riders, Tim Merlier, responded positively to the new kit and its emphasis on visibility: “We all spend a huge amount of time training on open roads, so anything that helps us be more visible is a very positive thing. I love that this kit keeps the classic look of the team, while giving us that extra bit of visibility. I will feel very proud to wear this jersey in some of the biggest races, and I hope it brings us a lot of success.”
From Castelli, Global Brand Manager Steve Smith explained the thinking behind the development of the new design: “From a design point of view, the 2026 Soudal Quick-Step kit maintains the team’s classic blue colours, while introducing a visibility element for safety, especially when seen from behind during training. In addition, jackets and vests for cold and wet conditions will be electric-lime to improve visibility during training and racing. But it is not just about visibility. The 2026 kits are more aerodynamic and lighter, and the winter jackets gain improved breathability thanks to AirCore™, Castelli’s exclusive PFAS-free membrane developed together with Polartec®.”
