Watching the Tour roadside is free too, ASO charges nothing to those who don’t abuse. If you wanted to set up your bar or hot-dog stand at someone else’s important event, you’d have to pay the organiser too, heck, you even have to pay the local authorities, why should PCS be treated differently when commercially present?
