If it wasn't for seeing the startlist, I wouldn't have even known Pidcock was in the race so little did he factor. Excellent prediction though 🤦♂️

"I can ride faster when I'm not looking where I'm going" = "UCI rules should allow me to do that". Fairly ridiculous stance from Stefan Kung. If your not as aero as a smaller rider when watching the road then that's unfortunate but has nothing to do with the UCI.

This is what happens when the event organisers do a poor job of marshaling. The spectator control is almost non-existant and frequently causes concerns during races, e.g. almost always leaning into the track to wave so they can be on TV. Horrible response from MvdP but when your facing abuse lap after lap and the organisers don't give a toss, what do you expect will happen.
