Why can you say Ineos as shinking ship ? Until 2027, at least, they have pidcock and ganna who had avoided cobbled classics in Olympic season. This mean that Narvaez can keep seeking his classics goals with co-leadership solution which based on fair priority method. (imo UAE doesn't have priority when they don't have pogi in their blocks) This is the culture in Ineos, "We don't make promises we can't keep. All depends on your outcome."

Ineos already gave him many chances on classics these years despite they have Pidcock, Ganna, Kwiato, Tarling, etc... and now he has lots of freedom to seek stage hunting in GT. Why does he prefer join UAE next season ? He will be one of the UAE riders that can not decide priority when pogi is out of race.

Trouble on leaders makes potential shrinkage for the future of big teams. Ineos also suffered massive crashes or injuries on their leaders during 2019-2022. Then they were surpassed by some other teams due to that loss of dignity leads departure of core riders.(ex, DVB, Dani, Tao, Carapaz, Sivacov, A.Yates, Tulett) Similar events can occur on Visma too. So we should not call Visma as best resulting team.
