To claim that Jonas and Almeida are in a better position because of the Giro is questionable. Remco comes straight from altitude training and will be looking sharp for the Classics. Jonas hasn't even been to altitude training yet - he won't be until April. Both he and Almeida have a month before their form peaks.

Dodger +41 Why don't you focus on the topic? Nobody is saying that Froome isn't a great champion. People, and not only MR, is laughing about his statment that it's the bikes fault and now everything is gonna change. Bike riders are perfectionists when it comes to there equipment and bikes. But let's see what the new season will bring. Now it's no longer the size of the bike that's holding him back and he's feels five years younger
