  Yeah, it also gets me thinking about how Vingegaard fits into the realm of great riders? There is no way we can compare him to Pogi. When it comes down to one week and three week stage races, Pogi prevails, and the story ends. Pogi also has numerous wins in one day races (13 monuments) and others, plus WC and EC... The Triple Crown... many time records on various climbs etc.

  Now this is also true. If I were Jonas, I would retire. Jonas has more than enough money to do so, and yes, he has a lovely family he loves very much, always kissing his wedding ring and the picture of his family on his handle bars. Why risk getting hurt even more... always mentally and physically exhausted. He will go down in history as a big and great cyclist.

  8. Visma, Ineos, Lidl Trek, Red Bull-Bora, and maybe one or two more teams, also have the resources for top training... they just don't have Pogi.... maybe the biggest athlete in the history of sports.

  It’s true , must be so hard to get up every day and train and suffer, knowing you’ll never beat Pog again. Especially if you hate being away from home and family.

  7. The best team money can buy that has all the resources for top training, and the ability to control any race they show up to, with multiple guys with Pog at the top of key mountain passes.
