Wild cards for Paris-Roubaix 2024 are announced, Tudor not among invited

Following previous announcements of wild cards for 2024 editions of Giro d'Italia and other big Italian races at the start of the year, it was now turn of ASO and after Tour de France, we now know who'll be racing Paris-Roubaix in 2024 as well.

Alongside the eighteen WorldTour teams, first three of the ProTeams ranking will also use their right to register for the race. This means only four invitations were left to be distributed. There was never a shadow of doubt about start of TotalEnergies, Bingoal WB and Team Flandres-Baloise.

So it came down to Swiss teams Q36.5 Pro Cycling and Tudor Pro Cycling for the final spot and, quite surprisingly, it was Vincenzo Nibali's team to be chosen with 4th Tom Devriendt in 2022, Giacomo Nizzolo and Frederik Frison over Fabian Cancellara's team lead by tradtionally strong Matteo Trentin.
