Jumbo-Visma have seen most of their main riders head off on a well-deserved off-season, but Jonas Vingegaard, who has recently returned to competition, is still looking to make a different as he leads the Dutch team at Il Lombardia.
Following his Tour de France success, it were a long couple of months away from racing for the Dane, who looked to enjoy his victory before returning to a competitive level. His return at Cro Race saw him take two stage wins - against a modest peloton however - and finishing second in the overall classification, losing it in the final day against Matej Mohoric.

With Tadej Pogacar considered by many as the man to beat, Vingegaard will find himself in familiar terrain. The terrain isn't as suited to him, but he will lead the Dutch team, whilst veteran Robert Gesink who showed brilliant form at the Vuelta a Espana, Koen Bouwman who took two stage wins and the KOM jersey at the Giro d'Italia and world time-trial champion Tobias Foss will be men to look out for on the road.
The team is concluded by the trio of Sam Oomen, Gijs Leemreize and Chris Harper who will be riding in supportive roles for whoever the Dutch team feels is their best option.
Jumbo-Visma for Il Lombardia: Jonas Vingegaard, Gijs Leemreize, Sam Oomen, Robert Gesink, Koen Bouwman, Tobias Foss and Chris Harper.
