Video: Spectator causes terrifying crash at Tour de France cobblestones

The fifth stage of the Tour de France saw a lot of drama, crashes and mechanicals. Everytime the race faces the cobbled sectors it is the case, however today spectators have also had a say as Daniel Oss collided with two spectators on sector 3 and went down - alongside a rider from BORA - hansgrohe.

Oss went on to finish the stage in 154th place over 13 minutes behind stage winner Simon Clarke. TotalEnergies didn't report on injuries and the Italian is likely to remain in the race where he will keep playing an important support role for Peter Sagan.
