Remco Evenepoel has won stage 3 of the Vuelta a Espana into Arinsal but crashed immediately after. After celebrating, the Belgian champion had too much speed and couldn't stop, hitting a soigneur seconds after the finish leaving him with a lot of blood in the face.
It was a shocking moment caught on camera, Evenepoel carried too much speed and hit head on a group of people following the finish line. It seemed as if he was relatively ok but was left with a big wound in the face and plenty blood.
