Over this past week Lidl-Trek and Team Visma | Lease a Bike have scored a mountain of points at Dwars door Vlaanderen and the Tour of Flanders, however none managed to come out with a victory from the two cobbled classics. Meanwhile, Team Picnic PostNL's World Tour maintenance comes more and more at risk.
You can check the previous update. Tadej Pogacar's Tour of Flanders added another 800 points to UAE Team Emirates - XRG's tally, who continue to be the top-scoring team of 2025. However the gap comes down to Lidl-Trek once again who scored almost 1500 this week with Thibau Nys winning the GP Miguel Indurain; whilst Mads Pedersen and Jasper Stuyven scored big points at Dwars door Vlaanderen and Tour of Flanders. Team Visma | Lease a Bike, in the cobbled classics, have also scored almost 1400 points which sees them rise to fifth best of the season - after a poor start to the year.
Cofidis has scored 200 points in this update, Team Picnic PostNL scored 108. Both see the gap to XDS Astana Team (+563) and Uno-X Mobility (+325) diminish. The Kazakh team, specially, won the 2.1 Tour of Hellas with Harold Martin López, whilst Davide Ballerini showed his best level in the cobbles. Both teams are virtually tied 2000 points behind Cofidis and 1700 behind Picnic who now do not have Fabio Jakobsen in competition.

Christian Scaroni, Clément Champoussin, Harold Tejada, Simone Velasco ...

Peripheral riders who have failed to make much impression so far in their carrier, suddenly starting to win everywhere, climbing with the best in weekly WT races.

Aging riders years after their prime, now seen more often than none at the head of the peloton in the classics.

Still, no what is talking about the Chinese candies in the room
