Trek - Segafredo goes all-in for Tour de France with Pedersen, Mollema and Ciccone hunting stages

Trek - Segafredo have announced their Tour de France lineup this morning and they have put on a lot of focus in this Tour de France as they seek stage wins and come with a squad filled with quality stage hunters.

Having a home Grand Depart, Mads Pedersen will be the main team leader, the American team's designated sprinter but also a rider to eye out in the opening week on the cobbled stage and on the time-trial, as he seeks a yellow jersey on him. Jasper Stuyven may have similar ambitions, although he will play a support role in the leadout, and is likely to have freedom down the race.

In the mountains the team will count on Giulio Ciccone and Bauke Mollema who've came straight from the Giro d'Italia into the Tour with the similar goal of taking a stage win. The team will largely focus on breakaways, with Quinn Simmons being another threatening rider for the hilly days.

The lineup is completed by Toms Skujins and Tony Gallopin who should have a similar combative role, and Alex Kirsch who will play an important role for Pedersen's sprinting ambitions as he'll be a key part of the leadout.

Trek - Segafredo for Tour de France: Mads Pedersen, Bauke Mollema, Jasper Stuyven, Giulio Ciccone, Alex Kirsch, Toms Skujins, Quinn Simmons and Tony Gallopin.
